CHECK LIST - SERIES VC2400

DESCRIPTION OF AREA SERVICED

1 Load chain rotation: Check for looseness, aka “stretch”
2 Load chain pan rotation: Inspect clearance to floor.
3 Load chain rollers: Check for looseness, wear, or missing
4 Scissor Arms: Check for wear at point of overlap on chain pin
5 Chain Track: Inspect entrance and exit points for distortion
6 Chain Track: Inspect for damage due to stretched load chain
7 Curved stabilizing tracks: Inspect for wear/damage
8 Cam Arm Rollers: Inspect for wear, or missing
9 Lower Sprockets/Drive Sprockets: Check L/R alignment and set screws
10 Upper Sprockets: Inspect for wear
11 Motor Drive Chain: Check tension
12 Torque Shaft Bolts: Tighten bolts if loose
13 Wire Harnesses: Inspect integrity
14 Safeties: Test for functionality (PE's, Touch Bar, Lwr Access, Lt Pnl)
15 Run Modes: Test automatic mode for positioning accuracy
16 Speeds: Observe pan rotation speeds, stopping accuracy
17 Key Pad:
LED's
Check all pan locations in: Auto, test reset pb & LED's, Pan LED's
18 Voltage Check: Check incoming, outgoing, 5 & 12 volt circuits, etc.

20 Scissor Arms at overlap where the chain roller attaches
21 Chain Rollers
22 Attachment points of the Cam Arm/Trunion plate assembly
23 Top Sprockets
24 Motor Chain
